This is such a unique jacket style blouse designed by Bernard Perris in the 1980's. This vintage silk black blouse has an attached reflective beaded black dress faux dickie! The dickie has black beading from the collar that continues down the front of the top. On either side of this decorative fabric, there is a row of black buttons. One side is sewn-in and the buttons are decorative, the other side has the actual button closures, including a flap button at the neck under the collar.

The cuffs also have this shiny disco-ball material and button. Made in France and 100% silk, excellent condition. It is marked as a 36, or US women's size 4, and fits like a US women's size 4/6. Please refer to the measurements below to ensure the perfect fit.
